Frankie Beverly and Maze have created a unique sound to become one of the most influential groups in modern history. Their sound is distinctive—passionate, creative, original, soulful, honest and powerful. Among the top R&B acts of the late '70s and '80s, Maze featuring Frankie Beverly brought the release of several best-selling albums, including “Inspiration,” “Joy and Pain,” and “Can’t Stop the Love.” “Silky Soul” was one of the most successful albums, which included the smash singles, "I Can't Get Over You" and the title track. The group won the prestigious Trumpet Lifetime Achievement Award in 2010 and the long awaited BET Cadillac Lifetime Achievement Award in 2012.

Eleven-time GRAMMY nominated R&B soul singer, Charlie Wilson, released “Forever Charlie,” his sixth solo album in 2015. Wilson hit the charts with yet another top ten single with “Goodnight Kisses.” This record rings up a grand total of 18 hits thus far on a tally that also includes eight No. 1s, among them “My Love Is All I Have,” “You Are,” “There Goes My Baby,” “Charlie, Last Name Wilson,” and “Without You.” In addition to two GRAMMY nominations in 2016, Wilson also received three 2016 NAACP Image Awards nominations, Outstanding Male Artist, Outstanding Song for “Goodnight Kisses,” and Outstanding Album for “Forever Charlie.”

The daughter of soul music legend Donny Hathaway, Lalah Hathaway, has formed a legacy of her own. The three-time GRAMMY Award-winning songstress, musician, writer and producer recently celebrated her 25-year success. Hathaway’s six studio albums chronicle an emotive journey through R&B, Jazz, and Soul. The inflections of Blues, Funk, Gospel, Classical, Country, Rock and Folk cited in her work, is a reflection of this virtuoso’s versatility. Her current No. 1 single “Angel” (an Anita Baker remake) has been climbing the charts over the past few months.
