PNC Arena Gift Cards are the perfect gift for Family, Friends, and Clients for any occasion.

PNC Arena Gift Cards are available for purchase at the Ticket Office presented by Ticketmaster at PNC Arena.
Card must be presented by bearer for all transactions.
Card is ONLY redeemable at the Ticket Office presented by Ticketmaster for event tickets; excluding NC State University and select arena events.
Card is also redeemable at participating food and beverage locations at PNC Arena.
Card is not valid for the purchase of Carolina Hurricanes* or NC State University merchandise.
Card is not valid for the purchase of merchandise and certain food and beverage items for various family shows, concerts, and other events.
*Cards will no longer be redeemable for Hurricanes merchandise after December 31, 2020. (updated: August 2020)

Card may not be redeemed for cash or applied as payment towards an account, or for gratuities. Card is not replaceable if lost, stolen, or used without authorization. If card remains inactive for a thirty-six month period, PNC Arena retains the right to cancel this card. If card is cancelled due to inactivity, all remaining funds shall be forfeited to PNC Arena with no notice to the bearer. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
