Internships at PNC Arena provide excellent hands-on experience for college students interested in a career in sports and entertainment. Interns have the opportunity to work alongside PNC Arena and Carolina Hurricanes staff and participate in industry situations and projects.
PNC Arena internships are for currently enrolled college students. Students generally qualify for school credit and are an ideal experience to highlight on a resume. Please note the majority of our internship opportunuties occur during the hockey season, October through April each year.

What is the minimum age requirement?
Employees must be 18 years of age for most jobs. Select positions are available at 16 years of age. See job descriptions for age requirements.

What are the hours expected for work?
Hours vary by department and the start time of the event.
How often will part-time employees work?
Part-time employees are scheduled based on the events scheduled at PNC Arena. The number of scheduled events varies from month to month. Events are held year-round, however, the majority of events occur from October through April each year. There is no guarantee of hours or schedules.
Can nonprofit groups work to raise money?
