Any member of our friendly PNC Arena staff would be happy and willing to assist you with your questions and/or needs while attending an event.
However, for more specialized needs, a Guest Services Representative located at Section 127 is available during all PNC Arena events. This representative is available to assist you with questions, lost & found items, wheelchair escorts, and more!

First Aid
For First Aid assistance, please visit the Rex Healthcare office located at Section 111 on the Main Concourse.
Contact Us During an Event
Guests can text 984-231-9555 to report issues or request assistance during events. If there are security concerns, guests interfering with the safety and enjoyment of others, facility issues, or other concerns to address, please use this website.
Guests are also welcome to report issues to any uniformed PNC Arena staff member, or visit the Guest Services window at Section 127.
